Pearl 'Rising Sun' drumset

Hello,

Here's my latest entry: a Pearl's 'Rising Sun' (or also called 'Ichiban') drumset in 12/13/16/22 plus 14 snare drum. Hardware seem so be the matching parts. Also there's a 'matching' Meinl 'Laser' 20" Ride in red attached, as well a pair of Meinl Laser hihats:

Thanks, guys. If I'm correct, it was produced between 1983 (late) and 1984 (mid) only.

Those were released when the hair metal bands were king. I think there were some other interesting finishes from Pearl at the same time. Wish I could say I like them, but that finish and power toms were not my cuppa tea. Good job all the same!!

They were made in 1984-1985. Here is the Press release in the Just Drums section of the November 1984 Modern Drummer-
