These two different badges appear on the same drums...does this add up?...im no very little about Pearl vintage
I should also ask...Are these two badges one in the same?...So would they be Pearl President series and also be w/f line??

yes, that could be. In the first days around 1970 / 75 there where both possible.
If I am right, it was a brown stripes version and there where differences between the Japanese market and the US.
I can remember that where a discussion in a Pearl Forum about this theme a longer time ago..
