Uh, so another set came home with me. I was just keeping an eye open for parts for the other kit and bang! there is another kit. She had them in a garage sale. I saw the ad three weeks later and asked if she still had them. The picture she sent made them look like the color was Poopy Pants Pearl. I drove over and bought them, anyway. Luckily the picture sucked. I'm thinking this is the Red Oyster Pearl, but correct me if I'm wrong. 20, 12, 13, 16, 14. The bass has a slight chip on a bearing edge and the wrap is ripped in one spot and slightly bubbled in a couple others. A few mounts will need to be replaced, but they are common to the other era Pearls. Some of the heads are original (but need to be replaced.) Came with an original hat, cymbal and snare stands plus Zildjian 22" ride and 14" hats and a 18" Beverly crash. I find it rather bizarre that I've run across so many non-wood Pearl kits in such a short period of time in the sparsely populated part of the world I live in. Damn, I love that wrap!
