If you look at the 3rd pic, from top & behind the kit, you can kind of make out the "Wood Fiberglass" badges above the vent grommets.

Nice kit. Very similar to my wood-shelled Pearls from 1974 - hardware looks identical. These are really quality drums and the bass is 10 lugs per side.

I've been looking for a matching floor tom - mine came from the local music store with a six-lug lower-level model. If you decide to sell separately I might be interested.

It's hard to see what's going on with the wrap - is it wrinkling on all the drums?

Hey Guys. Sorry I was busy this week and just saw these posts. They are pure fiberglass shells for sure. I have a set of the wood/fiberglass shells as well so I know the difference. I know the badges say fib/wd but that's not what they are. Pearl did some loose stuff back in the day.

I can take more pics of interiors/ areas where shell is exposed. I warrant they are all fiberglass shells for anyone interested. Great resto and i'm still thinking of that because the sizes are so great for me. Just not enough time. PM me for any specifics
