Pearl MIJ cymbals and CB 700 MIJ

I recently got some Pearl CX-300 MIJ hi-hats and 18" crash and a CX-500 ride. I actually really like how they sound! I just ordered a 18" CB-700 Solare crash that I assume was made by Pearl because of the lettering and the "Made in Japan" right below the logo. I'm hoping it will sounds good as well. Anybody have any experience with any of these cymbals? Here are a couple demos I put up if anyone is interested in hearing them.

I was surprised too. Now the newer (non MIJ) Pearl cymbals are pretty crappy :)

Those CX-300 HHs sound really good - but I wonder how much EQ has contributed to that (the recorders and mine).

I would highly recommend the green label CX-500 HHs. I have a demo of those (and the red label CX-900 HHs on my YT channel) - drhappyyy

I had a great day! Instead of sleeping in and wasting the day, I got up at 8 and I had all my slacking done by noon!

Actually, I use a Zoom Q4 and these demos are the audio straight from the camera. I checked out your demo and they do sound great! These MIJ Pearl cymbals are actually getting pretty hard to come by now.
