Like Rims n Skins says, you get all the missing parts easily! Would be playable in a week here in Europe:-)

And for a 100$ i would go for it:-)

That's a Japanese stencil kit, all very common parts you won't have any trouble locating them, especially here. The "skins" or as most drummers call them, heads, are a consumable item available at any music store.

However, given the condition of that kit, I think the price is excessive. I would not pay more than $65 for that one, particularly as it is missing hoops, claws, and tension rods. You will probably spend more on the replacement parts than you will on the shells, which is why I think the asking price is excessive.
