Paiste 602 Blue Label Medium 18"

Loading...

Yesterday I received this 1982 specimen and all I can say is WOW! It is my first blue label 602 (i have a couple black labels and pre-serials). THis is an unbelievable cymbal - i normally play 20" crashes but one I will definitely use. It is full, warm, sparkling, shimmering and not "splashy" sounding at all, which I often find to be the case with smaller cymbals. And the fact that it is a medium as opposed to a thin crash, means that you don't always have to worry about the thing cracking. It is a truly amazing cymbal! I just need to clean it up a bit - this one must shine - but preserve the ink Walking

Any 602 is a find but blue labels are especially nice

Congratulations on a great find

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
