I recently naught a pairs of paiSTE 404 all I know is that they arnt made any more. Foes anyone know about the demand or how much they could ne sold for

404's are an entry level B8 Paiste from the late 70's early 80's. They had a very limited selection. Have heard good things about the hats and rides. Crashes, china, spash....not so good. Value is fairly low.
For plain hats in good condition I would say $50-60 would be fair.

I have a set that came with my Yamaha kit in 1984. sound edge hats, 15" crash and 20" ride. I've been told the hats have that "John Bonham sound". I play very hard (like John) and the crash remains unbroken all these years. I'd like to find a matching 18" crash.
