Posting this for a friend. He is s drummer looking for a new band to play with, an his old band is looking for a drummer.

News Flash: Vern Foster is looking for a new band situation and FLAT BUSTED is gonna need a new drummer…

I’m open to many genre’s from Blues to Soul/Funk, to Rock, and of course Country…

So, if you’re looking for a drummer with my groove style skillset, and ya think we might be a good fit, give me a call (916) 806-7504. I’m available for fill in work immediately, while I look for a committed band situation…

WHAT HAPPENED? We tried really hard to blend my groove oriented style of playing with Flat Busted’s hard hitting, driving fast tempo, Rockin’ Country style and it just never really jelled. It’s a bummer, but sometimes ya just gotta accept that it’s not the right fit and move on. It’s all good!

I gotta admit I really enjoyed watching Brian entertain his fans though! He’s quite an entertainer! And I appreciated Gary’s rock solid bass playing, and his ongoing support as we tried to work it all out. The Flat Busted boys have some serious energy y’all! I wish them well…

My kit:
Ludwig Vistalite Big Beat set consisting of:

Ludwig 201 Speed King bass drum pedal
Ludwig 1124 Spur-lok hit-hat with Ludwig Standard Paiste 14” cymbals (760 & 770 gr) with ching-ring
Two Ludwig Standard S-270 cymbals stands

Gibraltar motorcycle seat-style drum throne with backrest

What about the blues band The Ally Cats based right there in Lincoln? Definitely a heavy groove oriented band, if they are still together, I think their singer used to go by the name Diamond Bob? Not many places to play compared to other cities and can you believe they took our only Jazz Radio station ( 94.7 )and turned it into some alternative ----...
