I'd keep it as-is. Either keep it as a "WTF" conversation piece or sell it.
Or, the practical solution... ;)
Maybe a backstory..... Some kind of hint as to what the deal is????

It did not contain two other very obvious options. The first is shipping it to fishwaltz for observation. Next would be target practice.
