One Way Out With Ludwig

Loading...

I can't remember who asked to see a video of my wmp Ludwig kit, but here it is. This was taken about a month ago at a place called Ringside Bar. We gig there a lot and it's a fun place to play.

Two things of note, I sold that kit to a dude in The Netherlands recently and after the little solo when the guitarist comes back in, he was off beat, so I had to quickly switch gears to get us back on track, it sounds sort of awkward, but it worked. I used the Zoom Q2n video camera, I had it a little too close to the crash on my right, so it came out a little louder. I also messed up on a few spots, so be kind

Use headphones responsible.

Ha, thanks, but I not on the same level as those guys. It's a fun song to play and I get a little solo, the crowd really helps with the hooting and hollering.Stage Band2

I don't mean to sound insulting or anything to them, but they are not at the same level as you. You show life when you play. That's a big part of being on stage.

Dude, you just made my day! I appreciate that, but those guys are doing what I always wanted to do, play with a successful band. That was my dream when I was a kid playing along to Gene Krupa and Chicago records. Unfortunately I didn't have the drive to do what I had to do and didn't take my potential to be in a successful band to the next level. I love playing music and I now know my limitations and do the best with what little talent God gave me.

If you could spare any of that little, Give it to those statues. Get them to move and show signs of live.
