One Less Sonor HLD 590 Snare Drum In The World

Well i knew it would happen sooner or later and was only a matter of time,but someone has dismantled one of these marvelous snare drums to part out.They also have a butt off one for sale(couldn`t get that pic to load here.Pity... as there is now one less of these already rare snares left in the world.

I'll play this corner......perhaps it was totaled in a horrible accident and only some parts remain.

(He certainly appears to be trying to milk it though (6 lugs x 4)

I couldn't resist checking the seller out. It's hard to fathom how he could find takers for his ridiculously inflated prices, and not only for parts. Proof of the axiom; 'there's a sucker born every minute'? Preying on the well-heeled… and/or desperate?
