I buy super glossy clear plastic sheets with a protective film on both sides. I treat the inside with whatever color or design, cut to size for each drum and apply with 3M hi-bond double sided tape. In this case, i had a friend of mine print vinyl stars and i applied them directly on the inside of the wrap before adding a sprinkle of silver sparkles. The next step is to lightly spray some black out of a can to seal the sparkles in place. the last step is to use regular black paint applied with a roller on top of everything. After wrapping the drums, you simply remove the protective film on the outside and mount the hardware. I have done several other kits with specific colors for customers.
