Maybe 75.00. It's incomplete. These are late Star. They are the 6 and 9 ply shells. Can I see the hihat stand?

Hi-hat is worth 50-75 to the right guy, and if you post this in the "For Sale" section, it likely will sell quickly, as it appears to be in good shape. The drums, you may want to contact some drum teachers around your area and get them either sold or donated to a talented kid of meager means. With those, if I had to make a choice, that would be the way to go on them. Make a wish come true, trust me, the karma is worht it. Just the look in the eyes of a truly grateful kid, that is the one you are looking for, not the spoiled brat or kid that thinks they are not good enough for him. Likely speaking with multiple teachers about the kids they teach will help you find the perfect candidate. Ask the kid to "interview" with you, let him/her play them, and then make the offer. Tell the child they must do certain things to be a good citizen. It keeps them honest, and likely they will be a leader someday. The kid must never pawn them, only can he donate them to another child like him. It is soo satisfying knowing they will love those drums. Bring them here so they can get acquainted and learn about these old tubs.

So what did you decide? If you do donate them to a needy, deserving kid, I can help you write the program guidelines and "comtract" I use for these kids. It holds them accountable, it teaches humility and gives them a sense of worth they may never have known. I have found the kids are usually the type that are grateful, if they are well chosen. If you instruct the teachers properly, they will know instantly which kid is the right one. The first quality I look for is humility. If they are arrogant, they will not want your drums anyway because they are not some top of the line, over-hyped new name company. So, that is my little rant on the subject of donating kits to the right kid.

Have a great week!
