Old Ludwig Cymbal

Found this along with the Meinl cymbal in my other post. Just got around to snapping some photos. What do you think? Just looking to find out what I can about it.

Ludwig Standard 16" made by Paiste. They get about $40-65 on most days. I have an 18" and love it. Not a pro cymbal, but they sound good for the money.

I just seen one of these old Ludwig/Paiste crashes in a local antique mall yesterday. They only wanted $10 for it. To the way it sounded I'd be getting what I paid for if I bought it.

When you put it with the kit, they actually sound OK. If it's there the next time you go by there, grab it, I'll take it. Or, you could get me the info on the shop and I'll call them myself. NS-12 cymbals are not the same as B-20, but I like the sound of them, kind of trashy, a little on the dark side, not ear-splittingly high pitched, I just like the sound of them, I guess. I know they are not high end, pro quality, but cool none the less.

jonni, you beat me to it

for $10 , snag it and ship it to one of us and hopefully we can return the favor one day

I think you`d actually like it for yourself. If not, it`d be an easy turnaround.
