The Paiste factory is just a short drive away from Mathias' house, maybe only about 20 minutes from there.

I like the ink stamp board, it will solve a lot of questions about authenticity if that is the entire collection. If it isn't on the board, they didn't make it.
They even have an extra one in case they think of something else too.

Poking around the Paiste site a bit, I found a photo similar to the 50s factory photo in the collection you posted - perhaps 10 years newer. Images are quite large so I've just posted links. They're fun to compare:
