All I can say is, if you are cleaning wrapped drums, get this stuff. I've read about it, seen results, and now bought some. I spot tried it on a 12" tom today and WOW! Unbelievable! Got mine at a Harley shop close by, what a bargain!

Seeing is believing!

Great stuff. Be careful with #3 level polish.

Great stuff indeed. I've never had to use the 3. Some say 1 is a waste..not me. 2 then 1 does the trick for me

#1 is just a polish that helps to repel dust and fingerprints...#2 does all the dirty work...

I'm a big fan of Novus products! Novus 2, followed by Novus 1 is perfect for all my wrapped finishes. I had a chance to use Novus 3 on a deep scratch, caused by me, on a 9x13 Slingerland shell when removing a lug. While Novus 3 did not eliminate the scratch, it did soften it and made it easier to live with!

I'm working with Novus now on my Ludwig Strata restore. Started with 3 on some deep scratches. Don't know if the scratches are too deep or what, but didn't notice much of a difference. It does dry quick with a haze. Tough to get off if you do too big an area at once.

But, 2 on other areas that were not scratched too badly - it's a great thing. So far I got 1/2 the bass drum done. Lots of work ahead!

I swear by this stuff. Tried the 3 on a yellowed and hazy wrap, worked just ok and it does work ok on heavy scratches but you have to be careful. Don't use a buffer with level 3, just a soft cloth. Make sure you get it all off before going to level 2. The level 2 works great on just about everything. I follow it with level 1 then a carnuba wax.

No Guru - I just love collecting & learning about vintage drums!

Novus 2 and 1 work great. I had more discoloration on my snare so I tried the 3. It wasn't able to fix the discoloration but it helped some.
