Your pictures aren't showing up at all. You'll have to use the "paper clip" icon to attach them directly to this thread.

There is a size limit, so you may have to resize them. If you use Windows, just right click on the picture, then choose "Open With" , then "Paint". Then once you're in Paint, choose the "Home" tab at the top, then choose "Resize". Then refer to my attached photo.

On the top half of that box, put "50" for horizontal and "50" for vertical, then click "OK". Then save it where you want it. That will reduce the size by 50%. If it's still too big, go back into Paint (with your now modified pic and not the original) and reduce it again by 50% like you did before.

Also, if you take pictures with your phone and it automatically backs up to the cloud (like Google Photos, for example), I find that if I go and get the picture from Google Photos (rather than transferring it directly from my phone to the computer), I don't need to resize it. However, if I download directly from my phone to the computer, I definitely need to resize, because the resolution on my camera phone is very high.
