That's a shame, but it does make sense. A lot of people that are there try to make a living off this business, but when dozen of players end up bring in their gear that they want to swap for other gear does take the momentum out of the potential sales.

Maybe someone can come up with a giant drummers swap meet/garage sale and focus on that market separately.

I have found amazing deals at both consignment and private booths.
