Nine lug drum - Drouyn

I was talking to a guy on the phone the other day about something or other and he mentioned he had a Drouyn kit that he was going to restore but his biggest hurdle was the 9 lug 16" floor tom that is missing both hoops. it's going to be very difficult to find hoops but I said I'd ask around. Did any other manufacturers make 9 lug 16" drums?

All Sonor FT 16" from 70 + are 9 lug on center, they should work fine !i

The hoops from 70 to mid 80`s are gonna be ferromanganese, the rest chromed steel !i
