I'll definitely test it before fully applying it. I intend to be in a well ventilated area not only because of the acetone but the paint could be lead based. Thank you everyone.

As promised here are photos of my restored 20's Black Beauty. I did what I could by removing the foil contact paper and gold paint from the shell but I knew it could be better. Mike Curroto offered to restore it and did a fantastic job, thanks Mike! The two extra holes became a bulb wire (I'll trim it later) hole and a bulb assembly holding screw hole. The BB is by no means perfect but it is as perfect as it can be, I'm very happy with the outcome.
