LOL!!! I guess one would just have to cinch the cable tie tighter to achieve optimal tuning!!!

Wow.

All sorts of wrong there. Almost as bad as when I picked up a drum kit with the snare strainer missing and a broken snare taped to the inside of the batter head.Lame
