Help2 Hi Gang,

I found this gem a couple of months ago in an antique shop in my neighborhood. It is 8x14, and old. It has no badges or anything to indicate who made it. Both heads are calfskin, and the snare head is a radio king.

I am guessing it was an inexpensive school drum, perhaps for middle school marching bands ? Maybe it was made in Massachusetts, as it was found at an estate sale by the store owner.

Any ideas from you experts would be great, and Thanks.

Most of the major drum companies made "Junior Marching" snares like this. I would need to see more closeups of the t rods & hardware to tell who made it. Is there a "shadow" mark left from a lost badge ?
