New Logos Ready

Oh, don't ask! When I have more time, I'll write down all my adventures, but for now I've got my hands full just trying to get these organized and added to my existing format. Just got a nice vintage kit out the door today, (and that's another whole story) so now I can get back to other drum related business...

Will try to have revised selection/price list posted soon, but I wanted to field test the new product, so I've taken a couple of shots. first one is a fun, project kit I'm working on, that had been sprayed in automotive, metal-flake green before I got it, (cheap) - trying a Renown 57 inspired treatment. 'Stenciland' logo is available, as well as a few logos now available in white vinyl, and of course the long awaited Tama Superstar, (and Imperialstar) though the Superstars are already going fast. You can email me at: dorzelblatt@hotmail.com. Back soon.

That Stenciland kit is SWEET! Let me guess - was it an Apollo originally? or some European MIJ (there are such things right?)?

I wish I had the time and money to do such experiments!

BTW - +1 on these, you guys - these are great and DNH does great work/great customer service,etc....

Thanks John. Always appreciate endorsements from fellow VDF members. I'll try to get onto that Majestic logo soon. Requests/suggestions for future Logos are always welcome.

Your logos are great! And I have to say the green and white kit is really cool. I wish I was that good.

Thank you!

Yes. And I did give credit to where it was due. I've always loved these kits, and if it came with a virgin 20" kick drum, I'd be all over it, (drooling that is)

I used chrome, adhesive auto trim that I purchased at Canadian Tire. First used this stuff to decorate an old toy box many years ago, (well before Gretsch used the motif*). Not sure how the adhesive will hold up under normal playing conditions, but so far it seems to hold pretty well. The pointy black chevrons on the white part are also vinyl decals - would prefer if they were chrome, but they are just place holders for now, and can be easily removed. Plan to change those silly 'duck feet' spurs to something cooler as well, plus I have a matching snare shell that still needs reconstruction. The white sections are actually reflective material. Appreciate the positive comments.

The Stenciland kit is indeed awesome. Look out for the Gretsch lawyers though. Don't sell too many of them :)
