does anyone know where a ludwig power factory set is for sale

I have part of it. 24x16 bass, 12x13 and 13x14 MT. In fantastic condition. The bass hoops, like all old Luddys need to be replaced, but the inlays are there. They are in really good condtion, only the slightest of tom rash on the top of the bass, B/O, 1980- according to the serial numbers.

PM for more info.

Van,

With use of the internet and the phone book, adjusters and agents can call dealers or collectors to find the market value of insured items when a claim is filed.

If they feel the values you provide are high, they might do some checking and try to negotiate a lower settlement. The fact is, you have an emotional and monetary investment in the damaged drums, notwithstanding premiums paid to insure your property. In my experience, most adjusters try to be fair.
