Those look like New Beats that have been drilled to resemble Quick Beats. If the cymbal has the solid ink "zildjian" on the bottom instead of the hollow ink, they would be '82 and newer.

Received my 14" New Beat hats around 1969-70. Don't really remember exactly when. They are the BEST hats I've ever had. They are thinner than what is produced now and just sound great!
