I grabbed this BDP Stewart kit last week and had fun giving it it a rehaul. This one was pretty easy w/ no missing t-rods or rims, only the bass drum cymbal arm missing. I grabbed it for the "68 Powertone snare and Swivo pedal/hi hat. I"ll flip it to start my next project.

Nice looking kit!
You have good edges and good heads on it? If so, you might not want to flip it.

I hear ya, I'd keep 'em all if I could CryBaby but simple economics dictate...
besides as soon as this kit goes I'll get back to a sparkle blue Bollero that's 1/2 terminated. The edges on the BDP Stewarts are decent, but the Bolleros w/ re-rings have more adequate bearing edges. I'll miss the pleasant thump of the 20" kick though. I've been playing her all afternoon w/ a wmp PJL maple snare. Classy tuxedo pearl ( :

Just sold her so I took one for posterity. I missed out on a Ludwig Mach 5 for 300 bucks tonight. Would have been a great next project....
