Thanks for the info!

Must be a beech shell. I put some better condition heads on it yesterday

an had a play.... sounds tight! punchy little kick drum, the 13' tom is unique and the floor has a nice resonance. Will post pics once i have finished the

bass drum hoops and have it set up (hopefully get some heads today...)

Once again thanks for the info, I am in australia so i can only assume it is hard to come by Negi here, let alone a 60's kit. I wonder how it got all the way here.....mmm......

Yeah gave them a light sand and thought that a baby blue would work well with the deeper blue shell. Just need to put some new heads on and REALLY

hear what it sounds like. It was thoroughly enjoyable to work on this little number...cheers
