Anyone in the UK act as a shipping intermediary for me?

First this is not a drum item, but one I have been trying to get here in the USA for a few years. For whatever reason this seller uses eBay International and customs stops the item for what ever reason.

It is in this city -

Guildford, United Kingdom

I just need to ship it to someone in the UK and then have them re-ship it to me and by-pass this eBay International system.
