Need Help! Quick! Musketeer Drums

I found these drums called musketeers. I am interested in buying them. They look kind of like japan imports. but they are nice looking. anyone know about the sound? history? facts? please reply quickly. I also found a snare drum from them on drumfarm.com. heres a pic: http://www.drumfarm.com/mus514ss104.jpg

If the set is less then $100 or $125 it is a good practice or beater set.

The wood construction is not the best and the drums will play and sound

ok.
