Fayray, your set does look very much like mine - I also have the original Yamaha front bass drum head like yours..one difference I notice, though, is the bass drum hoops on yours appear to be much different. Mine have the "Red Willow" wrap on the hoops as well. Nice looking set...

yes, the previous owner fitted maple BD hoops which are really nice. I'm going to paint them black. I do still have the original metal hoops but unfortunately the inlays are missing.

As for original hardware, I'm sure your set would have come with stands/pedals etc. Mine has all the original heads but not the hardware too. Maybe they just weren't up to it. I do have the BD mounted cymbal holder but that's it.
