This decal was used on various early low end & miscellaneous percussion instruments, wood blocks, chinese toms, childrens drums/snares (which seems like what you have) .

It's a youth marching snare from the early 1900s. You need thumb rods, and either regular heads or calf heads with new wood flesh hoops.

Thumb rods show up on Feebay with some regularity. Create a search in the Percussion area, save it, and have it email you when there are matches.

Even cooler it's a deep-dish, I hope you can find the parts.

I 'may have' 6 or 8 1920's Ludwig thumb rods around somewhere. I'll have to check. PM me, we'll work out a good deal for you so you can complete your drum.

I'll get back to you shortly... hope I can find them now!

John

Too many great drums to list here!
