Wow, This is a question.First i have never seen these two badges together on a drum. The pres badge is from the late 69's but the wood-fiberglass shell badge is from the 70's that badge should have little nials that hold's the badge onto the drum..Do all the drums have both badge's? What does the inside of the tom shells look like? I see the bass drum looks to be a wood F/G shell i see the white inside thats the F/G...The tom mount is from about 74 the color of the dums is from the same time.????.....Mikey

Thanks for your reply. We have checked all sources including Pearl and are having difficulty finding literature on this kit. All toms are like the bass drum. Wood shells with a F/G lining on the inside. Only the bass drum has the Wood-Fiberglass badge and yes it is attached with two small nails. We have not been able to find this Pearl badge anywhere so any help you can give us would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, I got my notes out.Your set is one of the first year's that Pearl made the wood F/G shell's.This would be in about late 1973..Pearl used the Pres. badge like you have on the drums to late 1973,then Pearl drop the Pres. badge and went to the Pearl name only badge...The color of your drums is called Blue Satin.....Mikey
