Need help! Details needed on 1920s-30s cylmbal hanger piece!

HotIron,Sure thing dude. I don't mind just giving this piece to you. I truly have no use for it - and the leather isn't in such good shape, but that's an easy fix.I'll post some pics later tonight. The only thing I'm looking for now is a Gretsch microsensitive adjustable butt-plate. Unless you've got one of those just sitting around, then don't worry about a price or a trade or anything like that. Just good drum karma.

Thanks guys, but it's really no big deal. If I have no use for something it's better to give it to someone who will use it than to let it sit and gather dust.

Here are some pics of the piece with the leather strap. There was some old grey felt that is wearing off, it's visible in both pictures. I'm sure it's several decades old, but I doubt anyone has put new leather on - basically I'm betting it's the same as it was when it was first purchased (just older).

Well friend,... it "WILL" be put back into service as soon as it arrives! I'll asses the leather and replace it as needed, along with the felt.
