Can anyone help me with this one?? There's no identifing marks anywhere on it. There is no chrome or nickel plating. The shell, hoops and tube lugs are all aluminum so it's very light. The rods are hex shaped with a slot. An unusual strainer too.

The only 2 observations I would make are the unusual butt plate and the Premier-sort of slot-headed t-rods.
Maybe English ?
But hex-headed rods appeared on old Meazzi (Italy) drums as well....
