Mystery Duplex Key

Anyone know anything about this Duplex drum key, such as age? (see pix) I've not come across any other picture of this key before.

Does it predate the Ludwig & Ludwig "Mickey Mouse" key?

All of the above are in my drum key collection, fyi.

Thanks. Yep, it's based on clock key style. I think that drummers way back when (early 1900's) would try to use clock keys, for instance, on square tension rod heads. It fits some modern tension rods.
