Mystery Drums - Identification

Happy New Year - I have this drum set that I recently got but the wrap was removed, badly painted and the drums have no badges. Also, none of the parts have any brands or logos. The reason that I am pursuing the brand is because the bass drum has 20 lugs and the floor tom has 16. I originally thought that they were a cheap brand from the 60's but am not totally convinced. Below is a picture of lugs from the bass drum (look a little like some Tama lugs), the double tom mount, a bass drum spur and T rod and claw. Also in the mix is one of the tom mounts. Any information to this mystery would be helpful.

I don't know exactly what brand they are....likely a "stencil" kit derived from the Pearl or Tama factory. I'm almost 1000% sure they are not American made.

They are definitely not US made, but some generic parts from drums imported from Asia parts so this thread should really be in the Vintage Non-USA drums thread.

I thank everyone for their replies. I must have looked through 100 drum companies, trying to match up the lugs. However, I did find a perfect match on Ebay. They listed one lug called S2 and were asking $19.00 for it. I will probably attempt to sell off the hardware and drum shells for parts!

Any thoughts on repairing/detailing the set and donating it to a kid or a worthy cause? I have done this in the past with beginner sets...

I thought about cleaning them up and donating them to someone who would actually use them and not resell for money.
