hey guys,
has anybody an idea what this snare could be?:

Slotted tension rods make me think pre-war Sonor or perhaps Tromsa
Sonor..,..........
I think it`s a Brittish made by Dallas, particularly Beverly Co. The tilt throw action or beer tap action with the adjusting knob on the bottom and the hoops, and the lugs all point to Beverly.
It may be German made by LeFema or trowa, or another German co. but that throw and lug combination screams Beverly.
Here`s a very close 30`s Beverly to compare.
If you look at the sketch that I show, on the far left and right lugs, you can see where the artist drew in the points on the shoe of the lugs. I think.

I have the Dual version of that Beverley snare and the lugs are not a match to the drum at the top of the post
You have an awesome drum there. That clears the lug style up and maybe this is German. It`s gotta be early forties late thirties.
Hey guys, i got informed by a real nice member that is Marius Renatus drum made in Belgium! Thanks!
