my vintage snare Carlton (Dallas-London)

Hello everybody,

I just signed in to the forum (yesterday). I live in the netherlands and am desperately looking for an answer to my burning question.

I bought a very lovely good sounding vintage snare-drum.

A Carlton (Dallas-London) metal 5"x14" with die-cast hoops and a beautiful throw of snares mechanism. It sounds great but it must have been aged maybe over 35 years.

Is there anybody who can tell me essentials about my snare-drum ?
