Ok guys this is probably the craziest thread anyone has seen here. I’m willing to part with my museum Sling set most of which was bought at the Sling plant in Niles around 1970. It actually is big enough to make 3 sets out of it. $6500 takes everything or if someone here can help me context Wolfgang Van Halen he gets the set for free. Now I bet your thinking this guy is smoking something right!? Here’s the deal. I’ve had these drums in storage for decades, they never leave the house and I’m not getting any younger . My wife could care less about these drums . So… WVH is my idle, the kids does it all. I saw him live and had goose bumps . Now you are thinking why would you give him your drums when he can afford to buy anything he wants?

Couple reasons

1. He can’t buy a complete matching Sling set , or original owner who bought the set at the factory

2. This is nearly every size from the catalog

3. Most important, if he takes my drums I get to meet the man ( huge deal)

Plus the only stipulation I’d ask is that his drummer plays my set for a concert

and in the event he has a child this set be passed onto them .

Please spar me the responses saying you are the real WVH.
