my olympic snare...before and after

here's that snare i got with the mij drums. sounds great to me! packed some cotton into the lugs, cleaned it, and used a vintage A for the batter and an evans 300 for the reso. sounds really good. the throw-off is a weak little guy tho, took some fiddling with to actually stay put. The one that was added on is stronger, but i wanted to try to original one. Sounds good with my kit

Good job! Can't go wrong with the vintage Olympics! It'll sound as good as a similar vintage premier!
