Remo stock pre international heads in most sizes and finishes. any good drum store will sell them. I get mine from GAK.com

I have no idea about Premier values, but demand usually trumps just about everything when it comes to worth. How many want it and how many can or will pay the price. High demand generates the Gretsch prices because their drums were so closely associated with the great jazz drummers. Similarly, oyster black Downbeat kits with Jazz festival snares are in demand due to the association with the Beatles, even though the root beer barrel finished Premier kit he played before the Ludwig sets does not draw anything close to the same price here in the US.
