My New Cleveland Powertone - Dating Question

Curious if someone can provide dating information on my new Cleveland Chrome Powertone snare. I was told by the seller it was early 60's, but from info I've seen, seems more like mid 60's.

Serial number is 12577, if anyone can shed some light on this.

or a 70 what interior does it have solid gray or speckled

Thanks for the link to the dating guide. Haven't received the snare as yet, so not sure of inside. Seller had picture of inside sticker that said Cleveland and also gave serial number of 12577.

Appreciate the help.
