My first kit - Sonor

I bought this in 1987 for £160. The previous owner had painted it black :( over the original I think yellow and black wrap.

Sizes were 20-13-16. I sold it after a couple of years for a silver Tama Swingstar.

I'd be interested in finding out what exactly it was. Any thoughts? Ignore those 8" and 10" toms. Bought them new. They were horrible.

P.S. yes that is the lower portion of a mullet you can see there :)

Looks like a Sonor "Teardrop" set.

The lugs seem to have that "teardrop" shape.

Yes, teardrops, mid 60's based on the FT badge.

They are 3 ply beech with re-rings.

Hard to tell what finish/wrap from the pics.
