once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
And more. Any questions? Any answers? Anyone care for a mint?
I had it for a few months, too big to lug around, and I never was a double bass guy. Here's a few more pics.

How about a little courtesy here? You just wiped all the other drums in the gallery off the page.

Well, they'd eventually get wiped anyway. It's the problem with attachments - if you post multiple attachments to Gallery section, they all end up on the main page. I don't know what to with that. Maybe post just one in the first post and the rest in others?

What is the holographic (or it appears to be) finish you have on the first kit in the series of photos?
Very proud owner of a new Blaemire Snare 6.5 x 14 made by Jerry Jenkins "Drumjinx"

That was actually a Slingerland kit that was an off white. It had a tiny little 20'' kick drum, so I bought an old Tama Imperial Star 24'', striped them and painted them. Then I put a clear coat, with a whole bunch of sparkles I found at the dollar store. Turned out pretty cool.
