MIJ Child Size Drums?

Loading...

I found these on ebay:

According to the seller, the bass drum is a 10" x 16" and the tom is a 5.5" x 9". I would have to think it was the equivalent of a "Junior" or "Starter" set from today. I hadn't seen one of these before. Good luck finding a 9" replacement hoop and head!

About a week ago, my wife found a tom at a Goodwill store for $2.50. She bought it for me. I would guess that it was originally from such a kit. Actually it doesn't sound too bad with a little tuning. It is red metallic, three holes and 8 inch rims. It was made by Kawasaki (Pro Series). It has to be fairly new because of its excellent condition. Sure beats the pots and pans I used to beat on as a kid!

Hi Mikey...they are 9". I had found one on eBay for this Star kit. I do not have the 10x10 FT that belongs with this kit and used a DelRey 14" FT with matching wrap.

I bought that mini tom! I have a Triumph (mij) 10" x 16" in wmp and want toms to match. I plan to rewrap it in wmp. Seems bass drum has a replacement tom holder; compare the mounts in photos. I found a wierd metal 10" x 4" snare to use with it. Anyone selling a floor tom?
