MIJ Bass Drum Lug/ General Information for Newbie

Hello everybody, I'm a newbie to this forum but I was hoping somebody may be able to help me with some information on MIJ drums.

Recently I acquired what I believe to be MIJ orange sparkle drum shells off craigslist for $50. It came with chrome bass rims and a majority of the lugs. As I was truing the edges I noticed they appeared to by 6 ply with reinforcement rings. (I'm pretty sure that's not common right?)

I was wondering if anybody could lead me in the right direction as far as possible brands go for this kit.

Also, I have been unable to find bass lugs to match the others, which seem to be a slingerland type style. The holes are spaced 1.75" apart and it is about 3" in length. Does anybody happen to know where I might be able to find something similar?

These are Pearl made before 1968. Ebay for the lugs....but also put up a thread in the WANTED section of this forum.

I had a great day! Instead of sleeping in and wasting the day, I got up at 8 and I had all my slacking done by noon!

Cool thanks for the info! I didn't realize that any Pearls were made with the chrome bass drum hoops. Is a 1.75" hole spacing standard for all Pearl's bass lugs in that style?
