Mid 60s Slingerland Floor Tom

Loading...

Hello,

I have a mid 60s Slingerland kit. The floor tom has the push button leg holders. One has broken. Where can I find a replacement?

Thanks,

Mark

The button or the entire leg mount itself? JP2 sells replacment buttons $30 for 3. www.jp2creations.com

They have both round and hex head buttons. Looks like you have the round ones. Someone here not long ago had a nice fix for the insides. I forget who, where, when but try the search button. Good luck!

If you don't need it to be authentic, or in a pinch, you can put a round top screw from a hardware store in there. If you get the right size, it screws right into the hole in the plate inside. I did it temporarily and it works so well, I may just leave it there. You have to really look to see it's not original.
