Meazzi Jolly 14" floor tom

I found it a day ago on local auction site.It is never played,original heads never played!That is in some way normal.In that time folk drummers did not carry it around due to space in vehicles,and so floor tom was in some room for so many years!

When Meazzi stop production,and any idea how old this is?
