Meazzi Hollywood President Drum parts?

Does anyone know where I can go to find Meazzi drum parts?

I just purchased a Meazzi Hollywood President 3 piece and the tom holder is missing a part which holds the tom holder to the bass drum rod mount. I'll post some pics of the incomplete tom holder soon.

Also looking for Meazzi bass drum pedal and stands.
